By accessing and using ID Neat at idneat.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

ID Neat provides a free, AI-powered tool for creating ID photos that comply with official specifications for passports, visas, national IDs, and other identity documents across 70+ countries and regions. The Service processes photos in your browser and on our servers, returning formatted results for download.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to create fraudulent or forged identity documents
  • Upload photos of individuals without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Your Photos

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your photos. As described in our Privacy Policy, photos are processed in real time and immediately discarded — we do not store, retain, or use your photos for any purpose beyond providing the Service.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to produce photos that meet official specifications, we do not guarantee that photos generated by the Service will be accepted by any government agency, embassy, or other authority. It is your responsibility to verify that your photo meets the requirements of the issuing authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ID Neat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to rejected applications, delays, or additional costs resulting from photos that do not meet official requirements.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of ID Neat. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
